Why This Matters
What a supplier shows you online and what exists on their factory floor are often two different things. A supplier can look fully capable on paper — registered, certified, well-reviewed — and still be running at a fraction of the capacity they claim or subcontracting your order to a factory you have never vetted. Seeing it in person, before you commit, is the only way to know for certain.
What This Does Not Cover
This report verifies the supplier as they are today. It does not include ongoing monitoring once production starts.
The On-Site Report is a DIY solution. Once you have it and place your order, production monitoring, quality control, and logistics are on you. If you would rather we manage the entire project — sourcing, production oversight, QC, and shipment, start to finish — that's Full Project Sourcing.
Who This Is For
You have identified a supplier and want certainty before placing a significant order:
The sample was perfect. You need to know if the production run will be too.
The certifications look legitimate on paper. You want confirmation they exist in reality.
You are placing a significant order. You want eyes on the factory floor before you commit — not after something goes wrong.
You need proof the supplier is a direct manufacturer — not a middleman who will subcontract your job to a factory you never approved.
You have been burned before. A supplier who looked credible delivered something completely different. You will not make that call again.
Getting it wrong means a full reorder, extra shipping, and a delayed project. Verification now costs a fraction of what that will.
How It Works
1
Send us the supplier's details and your order requirements
2
Our in-country team visits the factory in person

You receive a full written report in English, with photos and images, in 10 business days
A Note on Risk
This report confirms the supplier is capable today. It does not monitor production once your order is placed — capacity and conditions can change between verification and delivery. For ongoing oversight through production, QC, and shipment, ask us about Full Project Sourcing.
FAQ
How is this different from the Desktop Report?
The Desktop Report is a remote document and database check. This report includes an in person factory visit with photo and video evidence — confirming what the supplier claims actually exists on the ground.
What if the factory refuses access, or doesn't exist at the stated address?
Can I order this for a supplier I already have a relationship with?
What if the report comes back negative?
